WHAT YOU VISIT
Ephesus - From Kusadasi, you travel to House of Virgin Mary located in Bulbul Mountain passing the St. John's Basilica, the Byzantine fortress at Selcuk and the ruins of the Temple of Artemis. After the visit head for the upper gate of Ephesus for the touring of this ancient city and the Terrace Houses. Following the lunch break, depart for The Basilica of St. John and The Ephesus Museum. By the end of touring, return to Kusadasi.
From Kusadasi, you travel north to St. John's Basilica, passing the Byzantine fortress at Selcuk and the ruins of the Temple of Artemis. Continue up to the upper gate of Ephesus then to the Sirince Village. By the end of touring the village, return to Kusadasi
Sirince Village This pretty old Orthodox village, 12 km away from Ephesus and 30 km from Kusadasi, was once Cirkince ("ugly"). Indeed its habitants gave this name on purpose as they did not want to be bothered by foreigners nor to share the beauty of their village.
